Occupational Therapy Services

Promoting Independence is our Business

What is an Occupational Therapist?

occupational therapy brighton"Occupational Therapists work with people of all ages, helping them to carry out the activities that they need or want to do in order to lead healthy and fulfilling lives." (College of Occupational Therapy)

Physical or mental health problems, an accident, or just getting older can result in someone struggling to manage those day to day activities that are important for our health, dignity and independence.

Occupational Therapists are trained to identify peoples' needs through assessment, and identify solutions, such as a planned rehabilitation programme, equipment, housing adaptations, or other solutions, to help the person be as independent as possible.
